Oscar Winners 2011

February 28, 2011 1 comment

83rd Academy awards winners are declared in auspicious program in Kodak theatre of Hollywood, California. I watched live show of 83rd academy awards on star movies. ‘Vodaphone 3G presents 83rd Academy Awards, Live & Exclusive’.
King’s Speech and Inception bagged four Oscars each. I would love to publish the whole list of nominations and winners. In all below nomination, Winner is typed in bold. I have watched Inception,127 hours before a month back, but I would like to watch few other best movies also. A R Rahman couldn’t win any prize for his music in 127 hours. but, I guess, Music and song given for this movie was really well. Danny Boyle has expressed at Oscar Program that, “A R Rahman is genious. He can express any type of feeling and moments in life with music. He has given his best in ‘slumdog millionaire’.” No, Indian movie has been nominated for Oscar after Ashutosh Gowarikar’s ‘Lagan’ in 2002. Before that, Movie Elizabeth directed by Shekhar Kapur has been nominated for seven academy awards and won Oscar for Best Makeup category.
