New Zealand Mine Disaster
New Zealand south island has coal and gold mines across the coastal forest. Russia and china are major importer of coals. In this November, 29 miners trapped 120 meters underground of one coal mine company Pike River Coal Company mine. Few rescue team member tried to enter inside but, poisonous gas coming out of the coal wall’s stymied their efforts. Later two robots were sent into the mines. One robot came back with photos of people wearing helmets. 29 people include 23 New Zealanders. John Key, President of New Zealand has kept mourning for all those trapped inside.
